Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM mountain/1:00 to 2:00 eastern

There are few things tougher than having those difficult, yet necessary conversations. You want your people to stretch their limits, but conversations meant to help them often fall flat or backfire, creating more resistance than growth. It’s an aspect of the job that every leader comes up against, and having the tools to navigate these conversations is something every leader should have in their back pocket.
Dr. Marcia Reynolds will teach you how to “create the space” for maximum results and then how to listen for the questions that will prompt people to think through their problems more strategically. You’ll discover how to flip defensiveness, stonewalling, and excuses into positive conversations!
You will learn:
- How to mentally prepare for an uncomfortable conversation.
- How to start the conversation with an engaging statement.
- How to form and ask questions that inspire changes in perception and behavior.
Stop avoiding difficult conversations that lower your ability for true success. Join us for this effective webinar that will dramatically improve your communicative approach, thinking, and overall outcomes!
