John is originally from the Pittsburgh area and holds a business degree from Washington & Jefferson College. He moved to south Denver in the early 90’s and married Laura Stack in 1999, at which time he joined her company, The Productivity Pro, Inc., as its Chief Operating Officer. He remained the COO and ran the company until 2015, when he founded the Denver chapter of the Institute for Management Studies (IMS). He then joined LEADERSHIP USA™ as the Regional Director of LEADERSHIP USA™ COLORADO in 2017.

Kathy Cooperman is President of KC Leadership Consulting, LLC. Her passion is helping accelerate excellence in leaders to achieve their business strategies.
Kathy brings over 30 years of Leadership Development experience to clients. She coaches executives in a variety of industries across the U.S. and internationally. Her coaching includes developing, emerging, and primarily strategic leaders, focusing on helping align individual, team, and organizational goals. She helps leaders identify their greatest strengths and blind spots to raise self-awareness. She’s certified in many highly-valid leadership assessments. Kathy is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, teaching graduate-level Business Communications and Presentation Skills.
Kathy holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She completed the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management through Columbia University and the University of Michigan.
